Well that’s a bit of poetic license, actually it’s three days before but a good time to start the Europe 2020 travel blog.
We’ve got the clothes and stuff ready to go, the house is half clean, the fridge is nearly empty and now we’re just trying to relax before we depart.
We have rented an AIRBNB apartment in West Kensingon for the first ten days of our holiday and we’re both looking forward to being centrally located in London. As we usually stay with family and or friends on the outskirts of the city.
We’ve done a bit of research (mainly YouTube vids) on London, as we realise ‘our’ London of the mid 80’s no longer exists. Apparently the food is good now 😝😝.
The Australian dollar is at its lowest in eleven years - way to go economy. Oh well, there is never a perfect time to travel, I guess. So here’s to an uneventful journey and see you on the other side..........(I’ll be the one in the big coat).
